GRANITE BAY, CA 95746
Over the past four years, the Granite Bay SCI Chapter has supported our mission by urging all SCI members to “Stand Proud”, “Battle for Hunter Rights”, “Keep the Fight Alive” and “Strength in Numbers”. These were the themes of our annual fundraisers.
With this mission in mind, the Granite Bay Board recently voted that the very best way to promote these goals would be to merge with the Sacramento Safari Club in Sacramento.
Effective September 1, 2016, the Granite Bay Chapter has merged with the Sacramento Safari Club Chapter.
Joined, all members of the two Chapters can “Stand Together” as one force to make our voice heard in the halls of the State Capitol. There will be greater “Strength in Numbers” to combat the threat, all hunters and sportsman face in California.
Sacramento Safari Club has a strong membership, great leadership and a Board committed to be a hunter’s rights organization. They also have a solid conservation mission and youth education emphasis. These strengths have complemented the Granite Bay SCI mission for the past 17 years. Don Giottonini, President of Sacramento Safari Club will be the contact for all interested parties to join and support the Sacramento Safari Club Mission. Don can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Board of Granite Bay Chapter wishes to thank everyone who supported our mission, attended our fundraisers, and all donors who supported us to raise money and awareness of our cause. We encourage everyone to be join the Sacramento Safari Club and Safari Club International family to promote ethical hunting, wildlife conservation and education.
